DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

This agreement is for the purchase of one AKC Doberman Pinscher pup. No deposit is accepted without completing a phone interview for approval.

In the event L. J. Kye Kennels cannot provide a puppy, deposit will be returned. No other refunds apply.
Puppy will carry the kennel name (Kye’s).
Upon making a deposit of $500.00 buyer is entitled to one pup based on the following specifications: (List first & second preference)

Shipping and traveling cost paid by buyer. If puppy is to be transported by air, buyer is responsible for air fare, crate ($85) and handling ($50).

I have read and agree to the L. J. Kye Kennels’ Purchase agreement consisting of a minimum of 3 pages. By signing below or submitting deposit, I agree to abide by the contract in its entirety. Signature below covers all pages of this agreement.
